Performs the cycle calculation of the pulse signal from a flow meter,
multiplies the value by the flow meter factor, and digitally indicates
the instantaneous flow rate.
Scales the no-unit pulse signal to the unit-pulse signal, and then provides the pulse output and indicates the integrated value.

Allows the user to switch the display mode between the instantaneous
flow rate display and the integrated value display each time the mode
push-button is pressed.
* Available with the optional analog signal, upper and lower limit alarm outputs and communication functions.
