Performs the I/F or V/F conversion of the analog signal proportional to
the flow rate, and digitally indicates the instantaneous flow rate and
the integrated flow rate.
Also outputs the pulse signal in synchronization with the integrated value display.

Allows the user to switch the display mode between the instantaneous
flow rate display and the integrated value display each time the mode
push-button is pressed or by remote control.
* Available with optional analog signal outputs, upper and lower limit alarm outputs and communication functions.
