Outline and features

This is a flow meter for small flow measurement, realized by loading an electronic indicating & counting unit in the measuring section of a rotary piston type positive displacement flow meter. It is provided with the ""user setting function"" that allows the user to change measuring conditions in the field, for adaptation to a wide variety of applications.
* Simple structure having no other mechanism but the measuring section
