Receives the pulse signal from a flow meter, multiplies it by the flow
meter factor, and indicates the integrated value.
Also
compares the measured amount against the set value and outputs the
control signal to a valve, pump, and other devices to achieve batch
counting of a fluid.
* Stores 10 batch amounts. Allows the user
to view and change batch amounts easily by using the set switch on the
front surface.
* Equipped with the 2-stage valve opening/closing
control that protects the pipe from impacts due to water hammering and
also improves the batch counting accuracy.
* Allows the user to set the estimated overshoot to enable accurate batch counting.
* Can detect the absence of incoming pulse and can also stop counting after a specified time.
* Allows the user to set the excess overshoot to detect excess batching.
* Allows the user to do manual operations (without counting), such as deaeration and washing of pipes.
Also allows manual additional preparation during overshoot counting.
* Also available as a counter with a total counter. (optional)
It can compare the measured amount with the total amount, and can
output the result and stop counting accordingly. The total counter can
be changed to the completion counter.
* Allows the user to enter a
set value using an external numeric keypad. (Additional
